Independent medicolegal expert based at the modern Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Norfolk.

With 14 years medicolegal experience, and handling approximately 150-200 cases per year, I offer you:

Appointments usually within 4-6 weeks of instruction
Reports usually within 10-14 days of appointment
Secure online access to reports, and secure online case tracking (service to be launched June 2008)

The new online secure case tracking system will ensure you have access to all the latest details of any case that you refer to me, and will enhance the ease of communication between myself and clients.

Having been a Consultant in Accident and Emergency Medicine since 1992, my medicolegal specialisms include all aspects of Accident and Emergency care, especially minor injury. Recent assessments include:

Soft tissue injury;
whiplash and back injuries;
simple fractures;
wounds and burns;
minor hand and head injuries.

I have provided expert opinion in cases of alleged medical negligence, and have also acted as an Independent Clinincal Advisor within the NHS complaints procedure.
